Breaking from our normal Tech Reviews, this post is to announce the opening of RWAR's first dedicated simulation and technology T&E and client hosting space. This new facility is designed to support advanced simulation work, more robust technology evaluations (including for our Tech Recs) and foster collaboration with strategic clients and partners. It features a custom-built high-end simulation and CAD workstation, an adaptable open floor plan, and state-of-the-art technology to meet diverse project needs.

This space marks a significant step for Rogue Wolf, providing a professional environment tailored to innovation and hands-on testing. Starting today, the company will welcome clients and strategic partners to experience this new hub.

Built for Flexibility and Performance

The new Rogue Wolf space is designed with flexibility in mind. The open floor plan allows for easy reconfiguration depending on the project. One of the standout features is the synthetic flooring, which can be switched between hard and soft surfaces. This adaptability supports different types of simulation testing, from small-scale vehicle dynamics to robotics.

Multiple mobile workstations are available throughout the space. These can be moved and arranged to suit team sizes and project requirements. This setup encourages collaboration and quick adjustments during testing phases.

Advanced Technology at the Core

At the heart of the space is a set of five custom-assembled high-end simulation and CAD workstation. These powerful machines are built to handle complex simulations and detailed design work. Rogue Wolf is considering offering these design and simulation workstations for sale, and they invite feedback from the community on whether this would be a valuable option.

Alongside the workstations, the space includes a high-resolution projector and a motion capture system, with support for modern virtual reality headsets. These tools allow for immersive presentations and precise tracking of movement during simulations or VR experiences. The combination of these technologies supports a wide range of testing scenarios.

To support collaboration, the space also features a large digital whiteboard, specifically the Samsung Flip Pro 55" 4K Interactive Touchscreen LED Display. This tool enables both onsite and remote teams to brainstorm, sketch ideas, and share feedback in real time. It bridges the gap between physical presence and remote participation, making meetings more productive.
